"We have just enjoyed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. We were greeted by charming staff each day who were polite and willing to help with our questions at any time. Rooms were spotless, lovely bathroom with toiletries provided. Easy to walk to Centre Ville. Can recommend if you wish to stay in a typically French hotel. "

"Welcoming and helpful staff on reception. I’d chosen one of their single rooms so it was small but as advertised and perfectly fine. The hotel is well situated for exploring Reims city centre and close to bars and eateries. Parked car in municipal car park by the Boulingrin indoor market about 5 mins from the hotel which cost less than 4 Euros overnight. Nice simple typical breakfast at the hotel for a very reasonable 10 euro. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Reims again."

Only disappointment was that the breakfast was served across int he Best Western hotel due to the Hotel Bristol Reims kitchen refit, but it was a fabulous breakfast so worth the 30m walk out from the hotel!"
