From a guest’s perspective there were many little things missing which we’ve come to expect from our many short stay vacations eg A ‘Welcome to my House’ booklet explaining how to use the appliances and other features. Simple issues could easily be fixed if the guest knew how to work them eg dishwasher, key lock and heaters. Easily fixed if given an explanation of use, in the guest’s language. "The apartment is one in a maze of apartment buildings and was hard to find. The problem was made worst by extensive road repairs that closed the most logical streets into the building. Our GPS was stumped and could not get us in. The property manager only speaks French and we only English so that was hard but we overcame that. The apartment had ZERO towels and ,face clothes. We sent a text in French to the manager and he said they were in the apartment but they were not and he chose not to...

"The apt is on the 4th floor and is very tough for seniors with suitcases.The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well appointed. The Bed was great! The ceiling lights were dim and it was difficult to read due to poor lighting in general! Location was great! The bldg. is in need of repairs esp the staircase!"

The shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower cubicle was empty when we arrived, so we had to use our own Also, the lights above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. This can only be attributed to lack of effort by cleaner/supervisor Everything else was basic, but OK."
