“Cadre similaire au descriptif, en revanche piscine sale (algue au fond), repas moyen et petit-déjeuner minimaliste. Rien à voir avec un hôtel 4 étoiles, le Spa on nous en a jamais parlé. Réceptionniste froide et pas serviable. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale (on nous a donné une chambre simple), si nous n'avions rien dit l'hôtel n'aurait rien changé. On a quand même dû passer la nuit dans cette petite chambre. Si je n'avais rien réclamé, ils n'auraient fait aucun geste ni aucun……

“Pas convaincue par notre séjour. L'accueil a été effroyable, la personne à l'accueil voulait nous jeter dehors au prétexte qu'elle n'avait pas de chambre, alors que nous avions réservé via hotel.com. J'ai insisté malgré les cris de la personne et bien m'en a pris, elle a finalement trouvé la réservation et m'a dit qu'elle n'avait pas compris. “Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade von Poolzimmer auf ein Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse bekommen, das war sehr nett. Das Hotel hat eine interessante Lage zwischen dem Strand und der Altstadt von Noto, sehr ruhig inmitten eines wunderschönen Gartens mit duftenden Zitronenbäumen. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, überdachtes Parken ohne Probleme. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren perfekt, beides sehr lecker mit gutem Service. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen.”
