“La Struttura si trova a 15 minuti dalla stazione, e poco meno dal lungomare, di fronte a una pineta. C'è possibilità di parcheggio lungo la strada a pagamento. La nostra camera era abbastanza piccola, come il bagno, ideale per pochissimi giorni perché nei nostri 4 giorni è cominciata a stare troppo stretta, con vista interna. Il bagno anch'esso piccolino. In compenso la struttura è davvero pulita, e in una zona tranquilla di Viareggio, pochi passi dal centro. La colazione è molto varia, da una……

“Small but very nice hotel. It is located outside the historical center in a semi-rural environment. That is conducive to a quiet, relaxing stay. Getting to the historical center is an easy walk or one can use public transportation or taxis. The pool is beautiful but useable only in the summer as it not heated. Good breakfast by the pool in a enclosed room. Last but not least staff is courteous and always willing to help.”

A stocked and very clean Kitchen was great, Deborah the owner is very nice, she takes great pride in making her property beautiful. Full disclosure there is a bar on the first floor so you hear people talking till late in the evening. If that doesn’t bother you the property is perfect. We would stay again.”

“Vilken fantastisk service vi fick på plats av Max! Vi tillbringade några dagar i Lucca och bodde på Villa Anna. Ligger precis utanför ringmuren och nära till allt. Fint rum med vad man behöver med bra frukost. Finns verkligen inget negativt att säga och kan bara rekommendera boendet. ”

“B&B (pas le grand luxe, mais propre, commode, agréable (on n'en demande pas plus!) bien situé à proximité de l'enceinte de la vieille ville avec possibilité de se garer. On s'auto-enregistre (on ne voit personne quand on arrive) mais tout est très bien organisé: message Whatsapp et feuilles d'instruction, plan de la ville, feuille de conseils (restaurants,...) Quand on voit les propriétaires (au petit déjeuner par exemple) on apprécie leur accueil et gentillesse.”

“Tyst och lugnt med magisk utsikt. Maten på restaurangen var en av de godaste! Kyparen duktig på engelska och väldigt professionell. Vi tyckte det var synd att dom hade stängt på måndagar. Frukosten är god, men den som ingår är på tok för söt. Yoghurt med granola och honung, två olika bakelser, bröd (fullkorn och hembakat) men med pålägget sylt. Gott kaffe. Sitter man inomhus är utsikten tyvärr lite dold av smutsiga fönster samt hög placering av fönstrena. Rummet var fint, men vi saknade balkong.……
