“The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The only con was the frame on the bunk bed sits on the floor and seems to be broken. Every time you move it creaks and being so low to the floor makes it hard to get out of the bed. Also one of the members of the group was surprised that there was not a TV. We went into town and had dinner at the Boat Club. Food was good and we had a great view of the river and a beautiful sunset! Would definitely……

“The host never provided a key and then ghosted me. They responded to my first message by repeating where the key "should be". I told them the key was not where it should be or anywhere else... the host ignored my messages for help after that. Since it was unlocked and there were no other available stays in the area, I stayed but had to take my belongings with me every time I left since the cabin could not be secured.I suspect there was no one actually on site to care for anything even though the……

“My wife and I traveled 600 miles to spend my birthday watching the summer solstice at Serpent Mound however we never saw the sunset over the mound, as we spent most of our time looking for other accommodations. There is a significant disconnect between the advert and reality. We were prepared for a shared shower, but not a full shared bathroom (toilet/sink) situation—the bathroom facilities looked like a truck stop gas station shower stall. The main advert also understated the drive time to……
