“My S/O and I had a wonderful stay! We loved how private and away from technology it felt and it WAS. We were in River Falls for his daughter’s hockey tournament and spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoors. Whether it was touring around the area or sitting by the fire. We absolutely fell in love with a little outside kitty, we are pretty sure her name is Pumpkin after reading the pamphlet. She hung out with us by the fire and even came up and sat with us in the mornings. She is a delight. The……

A major standout was how well-stocked the home is, we had abundant supplies of soaps, paper towels, napkins, and trash bags, plus a great spice selection. The single recliner was incredibly comfortable.The home has a very broken-in, "vintage" feel. The beds and sofa are extremely soft, which is a plus if you like furniture with a lot of give. Since the dryer was unavailable, we got creative and air-dried……

“We have stayed at this hotel several times but it now is owned by Wyndham. They did renovate the guest rooms which seem larger and have more of a suite type feel but the one thing that really needs to be addressed is the lighting in the rooms. We had two rooms rented, both did not have any overhead lighting in the kitchenette area, living area and the sink area of the bathroom, just lamps throughout. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay, reasonably priced, we would definitely come……

“40 miles from St Paul; convenience to our event w/out the St Paul stay price. Right off the highway, but very quiet. Pool and hot tub operating when we had encountered previous places where the hot tub wasn't available. Continental breakfast was just enough. Just need better coffee, just not a great cup of coffee.”
