“Idyllic location in the trees. Very accommodating host. Five-minute walk to small shopping area with half a dozen restaurants. Room itself is nice but very small; we were traveling with a lot of luggage and felt cramped. Path from covered parking to room is steep and not really suited for dragging all those bags up and down. We'd love to stay again when we were traveling with a normal amount of luggage. ”

This property is within 20 minutes walking distance to multiple restaurants and conveniently located for all driving distances in Auckland. Very happy with this location. ”

“The apartment is very clean and in a great and safe location. Everything you would need in a home away from home was provided, and instructions were very clear. It was easy to walk to the CBD. There are lots of restaurants in the area too. The host was very responsive too. Only cons are 1) The lack of air conditioning. It made for uncomfortable nights. Of the two fans provided, one was very noisy, and the other one designed to help with airflow didn’t seem to do much. 2) The washer and dryer……

“The rooms were smaller than I had imagined, there are cracks in the tiles in the main kitchen area. It’s very noisy during the night with what sounds like large fans or rangehoods from below restaurants going solidly from 2am. There may be quieter rooms. ”
