“I travel with family of 12 every year to different resorts. I have been to at least 20 different resorts. This was not as we expected. Starting with checking in, even though I checked in 2 days prior to arrival it took a long time and multiple steps for checking in. Line at the bar near pool was very long all day. I don’t usually drink that much, but even getting a cup of soda I had to wait in line. Buffet and specialty restaurants were just okay. Verity and quality just okay. In room no lotion……

“The room is big and the windows view is perfect. The facilities are quite new, but not in a very good quality. On the roof, there is construction going on that cause the noise is the worst part. But the overall experience is still good.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Based on other reviews it was exactly what we expected and were looking for. We had the size and comfort of an apartment with extra amenities of a hotel like coffee, a restaurant, housekeeping and yoga. Location was perfect.”
