The entrance is through a residential apartment-style building with trash bins at the entry, and the elevator accommodates only one person at a time, creating an uncomfortable first impression and an inconvenient stay. At a rate of $360 per night, this experience falls far below reasonable expectations. Visitors come to Italy expecting authenticity, hospitality, and professionalism.
