Overall nice hotel in convenient location in the center of Rome! Decent size room and A/C was excellent. Bed and room was comfortable. We were worried about possible noise at night but it was quiet even on a Friday night!

Hotel was in a great location and central to many landmarks. We had a great stay, but if there’s a small complaint is that you could hear the noise of the garbage pickup in the morning since our room faced the street. We definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the JeRome Hotel. Our room was comfortable, the food was very good, and the service was exceptional. What made our visit especially memorable was the personal attention we received from Margarreth and Selim. When we had trouble connecting our cell phone to the internet, Selim truly saved the day by helping us get back online. His patience and willingness to assist meant so much to us. We greatly appreciated the warm hospitality and look forward to staying at the JeRome Hotel again.

Room - Lovely! Bed was comfortable, shower and renovation was good quality. Balcony was a nice bonus. Amenities - Lovely! Location - outrageously ideal, steps away from the Fountain! Staff - Amazing! I particularly appreciate their use of Whatsapp to not only maintain contact but help with services like shuttle service booking. I didn't have the opportunity to try their gym or their restaurant, but everything honestly was quite nice. I would gladly stay here again, and intend to when I manage to visit Rome again.

The hotel is kind of boutique hotel, very nice, modern and very clean and well maintained hotel in the old city. The location is perfect, everything is walking distance except for the Vatican. We enjoyed our stay there, and we highly recommend it.

We had a very comfortable couple days stay. Good location very near Trevi Fountain area and restaurants. Only negative was that we couldn’t make our last night there due to Etna eruption…airport closed and no flights out to Rome. They didn’t care. We lost our night stay.

The staff were welcoming from the beginning until the end of our stay. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We did breakfast one morning and the selection was nice and the food was good. The hotel is also centrally located and steps aways from the Trevi fountain and a short walk to the pantheon. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable with a well designed spacious bathroom. Bed,pillows and sheets were comfortable. Enjoyed having a glass of wine on the terrace. 2 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and other attractions but tucked away from the crowds. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Very central to most sites. Nice restaurant, gym and also a sauna, which we didn’t use. In-room coffee maker was Nespresso and 1 free bottle of water/day.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Superb service and the hospitality from the staff is top class, Tau was the highlight, always smiling and funny, great guy. The location is also brilliant, 10-15 minutes walk to so many places. Will definitely stay here again next time in Rome.
