Excellent for a short break.

Lovely apartments, modern and well equipped. Very close to Vatican City with a good selection of bars, cafes and shops in the area. Matteo is very helpful and makes sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended.

Locations is alright but the building itself is in bad condition, it’s more of a room within an apartment and the “común” área always had a funky smell.

Stay Inn Rome

The Stay Inn Rome was an excellent choice for our visit to Rome. It is very close to many sights including Vatican City. We were able to walk to most everything. The host was very accomodating on our late arrival. We were given a short tour of the surrounding area when we arrived, so we knew where the closest market, taxi stand, and Metro station were. There is an elevator in the building, which really helped. The room was fully remodeled and very comfortable. The double-paned windows kept the street noise out at night. Note, the bus stop that the airport bus dropped us off at was only a 5 minute walk to the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome!

How do I get inside

No information about how to enter the building and no way to contact office. Air conditioning was slow to work but did finally get the temperature down. Lift was small as was the entry door.

Rome vacay

Wasn’t what was advertised. It’s not an hotel!! We got in late,they were aware of arrival time, texted them while in taxi from train station and again as we were getting out of the taxi. Had reservations for 2 beds for 3 people specially. When arrived, 2 beds were there, but 1 did not have bedsheets or blanket. Location was great. Just was not the accommodations that was advertised. It’s really closer to a 2-bed, with bath private dorm. Shower had a lot of soap film on bottom floor of shower.

American POV. The bed felt like a board of plywood. The walls had marks all over them and it even looked like a spill on it. The shower was missing a door so it leaked everywhere. It's an apartment with 4 separate rooms, in a building that has been converted to have a "shared" kitchen type space. The lock is so loud to enter the apartment, it woke me up if people came after us. We stayed 10 nights and the cleaning done was sometimes new towels and our trash emptied. Never saw the sheets changed. Photos are deceiving and not what I would expect for luxury. I was aware of the poor plumbing in Rome but flushing was a nightmare compared to other locations we visited. The toilet would run for hours at night.

Review of Luxury Suites

* Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. * Can hear other occupants entering and leaving the Suites. * This was not a hotel, but an Air Bed & Breakfast. This was not disclosed to us ahead of us arriving. * Received approval to drop off luggages prior to check-in, via email, but when we arrived at 9:30 am. Nobody was available to assist. We sat outside waiting for someone to assist us. Called the “hotel” and received no response until 11:00 am. * We expected a “Suite”, but it is just a room with 2 sets of mattress, a TV and a chiller refrigerator. I carried medication which required it to be refrigerated. * No abilities to have ice cubes. No freezers available.

Depressing

Suite de Luxe??!!! The name is miss leading and is not at all luxurious. The smell on the room was not good at all. it was a cheap detergent smell. The radiator was broken. The owner said it happened the night before and that they were waiting for the insurance... I guess he will continue renting it full price and say the same thing to every new customer... the blanket was very slim (cheap) very depressing environment. The pictures look better than reality. I had book for 2 nights and I had to leave after the first night because I could not go back to the place ( so depressing). The owner was not really helpful and did not want to reimburse the second night. I really not recommend it.

De los 3 días que estuvimos, 2 no hubo agua caliente, y aunque hacía mucho calor, el agua de la ducha salía congelada (muy fría), por lo que prácticamente no pudimos bañarnos. La ubicación del hotel estaba muy bien, y la atención del personal de servicio fue muy buena, pero no pudieron solucionar el problema del agua y realmente estuvimos muy insatisfechos por ese tema. Esperábamos una devolución o descuento que no quisieron realizar ya que sufrimos mucho por este problema, estamos muy desencantados con la respuesta por parte del manager del hotel.

Lo único incómodo fue el elevador para llegar a la propiedad. Un elevador muy pequeño. Pero al final de cuentas funcional. Nuestro anfitrión fue bastante amable y nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones para pasear y transportarnos y lugares ricos para comer. La habitación nueva, remodelada y en excelentes condiciones. Lo único malo fue que la calefacción la apagan en la noche y tuvimos un poco de frío. Pero eso depende de la administración del condominio en si. Ojalá pudieran ampliar el rango de calefacción en invierno.

La struttura non è realmente come viene descritta e cioè: siamo arrivati a Roma presto e avevo chiesto di anticipare il check in, invece siamo stati sistemati in camera dopo le 2 ore e mezzo di attesa.In modo molto frettoloso la receptionist,al suo arrivo,ha consegnato le chiavi,fornito 2 veloci notizie di accesso alla struttura , richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno senza alcuna consegna della ricevuta che ad oggi non mi ha ancora fornito.Non è presente un bollitore per stanza come indicato nelle foto,bagno doccia e sapone liquido per le mani idem.A fronte del pagamento effettuato mi aspettavo più servizi e più disponibilità da parte dei gestori della struttura.Non ritornerò in questa struttura..

Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos, Zimmer war sauber. Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und ist sehr zentral, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Eingangstür ist ein bisschen nervig aber sonst war alles top.

Innanzitutto io di Luxury non ho proprio visto nulla, quindi non capisco nemmeno il perché del nome. Detto questo sono poco affabili, si sono pagati un late check in di 60€ solo perché anziché arrivare alle 23:30 sono arrivato 4 minuti dopo. Ho la fattura del taxi che dimostra l’ora di arrivo. Aggiungo che al mio arrivo mi aspettava un ragazzo non italiano, che non spiccicava una parola in italiano, non sapeva nemmeno aprire la porta dell’abitazione. Detto questo evitate, assolutamente.

Llegue, no me recibieron. Tuve que esperar 45 minutos. Llegaron su datáfono, haciéndome caminar a un supermercado cercano para hacerme el cobro. En resumen, perdí más de 2.5 hrs por el mal servicio.
