Cute room in an apartment building near the train station. It's a bit small for 2 people, but perfect for 1 night before flying out of Rome to return home.
Good location close to the train station and good restaurants.
The best part of this property is Sophie. She was super helpful and responsive, suggested great places to eat. She is definitely an asset.
Host was so great in responding. The room was just as it was advertised and was in an area close to transportation and all of the sites we wanted to see! Great stay:)

Liked: Staff & service
The host was friendly.
The room was 4min walk to Roma Termini for the train or airport shuttle which was handy.
But the area in general felt unsafe, had to walk a distance for food, the bed was hard and pillows flat as a pancake.
The bedding could be upgraded for the price paid.
Close to the Termini, which made us chose this B&B, and walkable to the main tourist attractions was convenient. The room and bathroom is small but very comfortable
Climate was fine. Room was very old but with a lot of architecture. Kitchen was outside of room shared by others. Not what was expected for price but still had a clean & pleasant room.
We had a very nice stay. The room we had was a good size. They even gave us very cute gifts when we arrived! The place is very close to transportation, which helped. I definitely recommend!
Short walking distance to 2 train stations, lots of things to do within walking distance, check in was easy, the owner was great to work with.
This isn’t a hotel. It is more like an AirBnB. Everything was very clean and well managed.
I spent a week solo in Rome, staying in this clean, comfortable little apartment. It is within walking distance of a number of sites, and is very near public transportation. Very enjoyable.

Disliked: Room comfort
Overnight before flight
Unfortunately this hotel was a bit disappointing. it was very loud and you could easily hear people coming and going from their rooms. The AC and power panel lights were very bright. If you need it dark and quiet to sleep, this is not the room for you.
Although, Sophie was so kind and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants. On the plus side, it’s only a 10 min. Walk from Termini station.

We had fantastic communication from Sophia organizing our arrival time (which there was some flexibility around which was amazing) She was incredibly sweet. The room was very cute and as advertised. The location was convenient location very close to the train station. The area seemed a little run down but we felt completely safe walking around in the evening to dinner. Overall it was a great place to stay for our needs and a lovely host.
The only downside was that while we were there the elevator was broken and the room was on the fifth floor. A very nice man carried my moms suitcase up but it was unfortunate since we had to get the bags down too.
Very helpful and friendly staff. The room is beautifully designed & in an interesting old building. The bed was generally comfortable, but having one side against a wall made it difficult for one of us to get in and out of the bed, although we understand that there was no other choice given space limitations. The location is conveniently near the train station, although some (but not all) of the streets between the hotel and the station are a bit iffy.
Very close to Metro. Walking distance to most attractions. Nothing fancy but very functional. Room was tight for space. Nice treats on arrival. Sophie was lovely.
