We had such a wonderful stay at Roma Five Suites. Room are super clean , comfy bed and up to date decorations. Staffs are very nice and helpful!!!!! Location, you could go to most of the major sightseeing spots by walking(highly recommended if you first time here) from the hotel. And they also provide excellent breakfast!

We had a great stay! Loved having breakfast every morning before a day of site seeing. Conveniently located to many of Rome’s historical sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect guest house

This small guesthouse is perfectly located — big enough to offer great service, yet small enough to feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite being in such an ideal spot, we couldn't hear any city noise. It feels like a hidden gem, offering a sense of safety while being just steps away from restaurants and shops frequented by locals.

Great stay with Culinary Gusto

Comfy rooms very centrally located. Walking distance to all sites and great food. Poetry the owner takes pride in his breakfast offerings and makes sure to change the menu daily so we can experience a culinary tour of Italy. Farm fresh products or made in house. Excellent!

We had a great stay at the Roma Five Suites. Peter and his staff were wonderful. The room we stayed in was clean and modern. The location of the hotel is ideal. We'd love to stay here again next time when we visit Rome.

This is the absolute best place to stay in Rome. Look no further than one of the best locations, nicest and most welcoming staff, and amazing breakfasts. Peter, the owner, is one of the nicest and most welcoming hosts I have ever had. You’re in the heart of Rome, great access to everything and did I mention the breakfast? Amazing! This is an excellent place to stay. Close to many things in central Rome. The owner and the workers were extremely pleasant and great to deal with a small hotel with very homey features. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place in central Rome.

Perfect stay in fab location

We loved our stay, the location is amazing! The team were fab, with a super friendly host who has a real passion for his business. The breakfasts were a work of art and curated beautifully, we didn’t need lunch after them. Our room 301 was modern, stylish, very spacious, with dual aspect windows, a great shower, lovely toiletries and bed linen. Our air con played up but was resolved… we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location in the middle of everything. Walking distance to all sites but a long walk to the Vatican so we took a taxi, about 10 to 15 euros. Taxis are very reasonably priced in Rome. Breakfast is included and the units are newly remodeled. Would definitely go back.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this property. Spotlessly clean, excellent location and as others have said before, a host who makes you feel so welcome. The room is lovely, the shower is amazing and the breakfast delicious. Kind touches such as a birthday cake and Prosecco brought to the table and a note left in the room made the stay extra special. We definitely plan to return when we can as this place is a great find.
