“We've never stayed at this type of place before, so we weren't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be an amazing place with an attentive host. Climate control and facilities were better than expected. Very close proximity to restaurants and an easy walk to the train station. “Place was infested with mice. Fridge was defect. Dishwasher didn’t work. Moldy floors. Bathroom was not sanitary. Floors and door handles were sticky. Bathroom door didn’t close as the frame was crooked. I contacted the host right away for these issues as we were staying for a month, but she just kept saying she was “trying to contact a technician “. I needed to talk to the resolution center multiple times and then she basically kicked us out instead of rectifying the issue. Will not recommend……

“The room was amazing, clean spacious and had almost everything you needed. Fully equipped kitchen, living area and bedroom with an INSANE view of downtown. The whole check in and check out process was done on your phone making the process very convenient. Only complaints are that we didn’t have wash cloths in the room and the hot water in the shower ran out pretty quickly. Overall I would recommend and will come back again! ”

“The apartment was cozy. It was perfect for my quick weekend stay and comfortable for myself. The bed was a little rickety and made a lot of noise when rolling over. The kitchen is shared between two units and was nicely supplied with dishes. I didn’t use it for much more than to boil water for tea/coffee but could have cooked a quick meal if needed. There are several layers of locked doors so felt secure but also there are families living in neighboring units with kids playing on the street……
