“Great pool, especially when you have young children. Lovely lobby area and outside covered balcony to sit and relax with a drink.
Room for a family of four was quite narrow and tight for space. Bathroom is very small. Room could have been cleaner. Carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in places, there were stains on cushions and bed throws and there were moths and spiders in the room. Window sill and windows were dirty.

“Poor communication and customer service.
We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room.
Had we known we could not access the unit until 2.5 hours after normal check-in time we would have booked elsewhere.
Alex, the guy we dealt with over the phone, was unhelpful and rude saying its our……
