"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. "I've stayed at The Taj many times, this time was a different purpose as I had a medical procedure to undergo. I wanted to know I could recuperate afterwards in a hotel where I would have a spotless clean and quiet room, plenty of space, great amenities, full blackout curtains, comfortable bed, choice of pillows, and having great staff on hand to take care of whatever I would need in my stay. Knowing I would not really leave my room for a few days I need a great room. All of this I got, and great in-room dining. I was able to enjoy the J-Wellness spa before I had my procedure which was great for being relaxed and ready for that. As ever The Taj and the wonderful staff who work there really excelled at making it a great experience. I will be back soon."
