"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). "Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and could not do enough to make the stay as pleasurable as possible. Room was amazing with Table Mountain View being superb. The room was spacious, light and comfortable and a nice gift for our anniversary. Food in the hotel was amazing with huge portions and the Indian Restaurant being a particular highlight - a huge thank you to Taariq Koopman, the fantastic concierge for arranging cable car visit and other top advice"
