“Okay it really was a nice place. I loved how it looked and it was very busy. My problem was the time itself. It was very humid and sticky feeling due to the humidity. The carpet and the bedding were both sticky. The sink faucet water smelled like rotten eggs. Strangely the tub faucet water was fine. We needed to ask the front desk a question but never found anyone.”

“Room was clean. It was like staying in grandma's spare room. Quilt on the bed, worn real leather chair. Very homey. Still using metal keys on classic diamond key chains. I felt like I'd stepped back in time. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I locked my key in my room.”

“Liked: Charming and quaint stay, Easy check in. Lovely Queen bed with wooden floors and finishes with penny round tiles and chrome fixtures in bathroom. Fast wifi. Lovely silver tin filled with ice provided for a bottle of wine purchased at bar downstairs with wine glasses so we could relax while with Fido. Nice Kuerig coffee machine. Steps away from Czech egg! Very pet friendly and cute chickens in backyard! Would absolutely stay here again! Dislike: Not much to dislike other than that the……

“We enjoyed our stay at the QI in Russell KS. The hotel room was roomy and on the second floor. The Breakfast was good. The QI was about 25 minutes from the World's Largest Czech Egg, which my wife really enjoyed. the Staff recommended Meridy's for dinner and the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. our other reason was to see the World's largest Ball of Twine in Cawker City KS. This was about one hour away. It was GREAT!!!”

“The property itself wasn't awful, but it was not clear that there would be outside stairs, lots of them. The bathroom was TINY, there was mouse poop in the silverware drawer and all of the furniture except for the bed and kitchen chairs were super uncomfortable. I would not stay here again in the future ”

“Our stay was last moment and I’m so glad I found this perfect spot! The host was amazing with great communication. The Tiny home was very clean and immediately comfortable!! We loved the feel of being on the “Plains” and the open but quietness of the set up! We will be back! 10 Stars! ”

“The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. There is a dog across the street that barked constantly. I will say the service number was nice to have and they fixed what they could promptly. It was a bummer not being able to use the fridge and freezer……

“This very unique condo was way better than expected. The rooms were very large and spacious. Each room had it's own private bathroom. The building used to be a lawyers office, so the decor is perfect for that. I had fun reading some of the books along the walls. The host are very nice and was quick to answer my questions. The location can't be beat as it is right down town in Russell. Walk to the movies, coffee shop, restaurants, and stores. ”

“Was welcomed into the place by an extreme musty moldy smell. The three Glade like smell helpers were all empty. Also walked into cobwebs in the front door. The dining table was set up beautifully and didn't was to mess it up to play games. Thankful we only needed the place for one night. Will not be staying there again.”
