“Our bedroom was missing a door to the closet, the couch was filthy, the bathtub didn’t have a drain plug, there were sticky spots on the floor. There were clearly dogs allowed in this unit due to the door bottoms being all scratched up. I understand if dogs are allowed but the hotel should not show damage for it. Also the AC units were so terribly loud they would keep us up. One vibrated to no end, and the other sounded like a washing machine even when not trying to cool the room.”

“Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Tucson. The place was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, just as advertised. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The exhaust fan was a little noisy, and turning on the cold water made a loud sound, but neither of these things really bothered us. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property. Thank you! ”
