With views over Devon’s lush green countryside, this grand old house is ideal for relaxing holidays with the family as well as exploring Salcombe.. Ground Floor:

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Lawned garden with garden furniture. Roof terrace. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: Children should be supervised in the upper garden area.. Part of a substantial Victorian detached property arranged on three floors and located just a few minutes walk from Salcombe’s town centre, shops and quays. The house, which has recently been tastefully refurbished, has good water and country views from the living Room, some bedrooms and outside areas and offers well equipped, spacious, family accommodation. The living room has a feature marble fireplace and the dining room has a feature stone fireplace.
