"We spent a relaxing 2 weeks in this gorgeous period cottage. Dawn and Bette were excellent hosts and have attended to every need. Comfortable bedding, quiet and very cosy surroundings. Although only a couple of minutes from the main street it is very private and quiet. We made an excellent choice, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a base in the Cotswolds."

"If you enjoy old homes with a cozy feel to them, this is the place. Its adorably decorated and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. Theres a small garden with seating as well as a seating area out front . Its within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet. The neighbors were truly nice and friendly. The owner of the property was an amazing person. He was helpful and informative beyond any expectations. If we could give 10 stars we would....

"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. "Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. "

"This quirky cottage was a great home base for touring the Cotswolds. It's in a fantastic location for convenience but it was quite noisy and it was difficult to get a good sleep. Overall the property was comfortable and clean, but could use a bit of ongoing maintenance. "
