Great Beach Vacation

Highly recommend this property for large groups. Beds were all very comfortable! Property was clean and spacious and a quick walk to the beach. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend, so parking was at a premium. The garage was able to accommodate one of our two cars, but not the large SUV. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.We would definitely stay again!

Family Get-together

We had an amazing time visiting San Diego! The VRBO was perfect for our group of 8, offering plenty of space for everyone. We were two blocks from the beach, and it was easy to walk to many great places nearby. I highly recommend this property!"

The property and hosts were amazing. The location was great, within walking distance to many great places to eat and also the beach.The communication was excellent and the home was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot by the beach

Clean home with an awesome location. You’re a block away from tons of restaurants and the beach. They have garage parking which was so helpful as street parking is near impossible. Rooms were spacious, clean and the home was really comfortable. Owners were also very easy to communicate with.

Bachelorette Party

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! Location was great, neighborhood was great! The house was clean, communication was easy and we felt safe the whole time! The only down side was parking, but I think that’s the norm. Would definitely stay again!

Great property, awesome location

The hosts were fantastic with communication, the property was clean and in a great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Most things we wanted to do were less than a 20 minute drive if it wasn't in the direct area. The neighborhood was quiet, and the rooms were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Spacious, Great Location

Extremely happy with our stay. Home was spotless. Lots of space.Only issue is parking. The twin garage is very narrow and the alleyway is so tight that it is very difficult to park a car in the garage unless it is a sub-compact. Forget on street parking.Otherwise I highly recommend this home.

New Year's Weekend

Condo was perfect for a family get-a-way with our adult children. Everyone had their own bedroom and condo was very clean and perfect walking distance to the beach and all the local eateries and bars!

2023 beach stay

Property was prefect for a mini vacation. The location was close to everything including the beach. Check in and check out was very easy and the house had everything. I would rent again. Highly recommended.

This property was awesome! Very easy to get to from the airport, easy to check in, the host was very on point with the communication, and very clean. Only a two minute walk to the beach, plus, this property is completely surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. If you want the perfect place to stay in Pacific Beach, this property will not disappoint!

FANTASTIC house and location

The house was as described and pictured, no surprises. The location is unbeatable! The beach, Pacific Beach shopping, restaurants and night life a block away. A well maintained and furnished home that was quiet in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts that were responsive. Ample parking. An overall phenomenal weekend for our family gathering.

Lots of Stairs and Tight Garage Space

This property is roomy and close to many restaurants. However, what the listing does not mention is the garage is a tandem one and is is extremely hard to fit a car inside. Plus, there are two sets of stairs to get to the master bedroom, so it is a lot of climbing up and down throughout the week.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time here! Check in and out was a breeze. Thank you Mia for being so responsive! We rented a car at the airport only to find out we really didn't need it. EVERYTHING is with in walking distance from the house. The beach, amazing restaurants, shops and dessert places! We could have just ubered to the zoo and back and forth to the airport. The teens loved having their own bedrooms with TV's and the living/dining room easily accommodated all 6 of us. Everything was clean and tidy too! A great time was had by all!

Good house for our family

This property was perfect for our family for a Thanksgiving. holiday...there were 8 of us. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. And we enjoyed being two blocks from the beach. We made Thanksgiving dinner for 13 people in the very well equipped kitchen...there is everything you need. We even were able to accommodate all 13 of us at the dining table. The only inconvenience we had was a very big leak in one side of the kitchen sink during the preparation of the Thanksgiving meal which we cleaned up as we didn't want to disturb the cleaning people on the holiday. However it was addressed immediately the next day with a new garbage disposal. The house was clean, but it did feel that it's time for a new coat of paint to brighten up the inside. Recommend going to Balboa Park and walk in Torrey Pines.

Excellent, hassle-free stay!

Six adults and one toddler. Plenty of space as long as you aren’t planning to stay inside all day. Excellent communication from host. Very friendly and accommodating. The property was really clean on arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances large and small, dinnerware, pots, pans, really everything you need to cook full meals. Comfortable beds. Five minute walk from Pacific Beach. Lots of shopping, food. Close to airport, SeaWorld, downtown. Lots to love about this place, nothing to complain about. Highly recommend!
