This is a Beautiful Renovated Condo located on the quiet Street of Diamond at the beach! Pacific Beach. The condo is one block away from restaurants, bars and shopping . The condo overlooks the beach, and boardwalk. Great ocean views from the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. One private balcony with furniture off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and or morning coffee looking out at the ocean.
The condo is centrally located to San Diego County's most popular attractions including SeaWorld, World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar and much more.
Amenities: This is a stand alone condo with no one above you or on the side of you very private, that includes 2 private Assigned parking spot.

There is a Pack n Play available, 2 New Bikes, Wi-Fi, Flat Screen Televisions, (2) Beach Chairs(2), (3) Boogie Boards, Beach Toys, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels, and Hair Dryer.

When you arrive all Towels will be cleaned and put away all Bed sheets will be cleaned and on Beds ready for you to have a great time in Pacific Beach!

This is a family owned and operated Beach Condo. This Condo Complex is a quiet, no loud partying allowed condo building…a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean!
I also have another condo on the water that is located walking distance. It is a two bedroom, two bath condo with Balcony With Chairs To Enjoy the View.

Note: I am charging less than other comparable properties with a goal to rent out the condos more often.

Great, fun location next to beach, surfers, & night life!

Was a beautiful 5-day weekend a block from the beach. Very nice to take our dog for a walk along the strand and surrounding beautiful area communities in Pacifc Breach and La Jolla!! Will definitely go back to this exact area.

The place was exactly as advertised. It was within walking distance from of the beach, restaurants and bars. Also very centrally located btw downtown SD and zoo area and LaJolls.

Great location!

Perfect location for family with older teenagers. We stayed during spring break and loved access to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Description of the condo was perfect. We would stay again!

The owner was very responsive. Apartment clean! Not right on the beach but could see sunset and Pacific from balcony. The location was good for walking, biking, restaurants and grocery. We would stay again.

Great location, less than a block from the beach. Comfortable beds, soft sheets, kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook. Nice to have onsite laundry; remember to bring coins!

Family Time

We enjoyed the many amenities within walking distance. The complex was clean, the condo itself was comfy and the locals were very friendly. Our favorite part was walking to/on the beach in the early morning hours ~ the location is wonderful. A great place for a family get away ~ Thank you!

Great holiday weekend getaway

We loved the location and cleanliness of the property. Also that it had its own parking spot. It had everything we needed. Minor things: unable to unlock bike lock. Flat tire on one of the bikes and no ice cream scoop. We will definitely look to rent this property if we are in the area again.

Nice Quiet Place

The place was nicer than the pictures display. The beds were very comfy and the living room was a great place to hang out. Close walk to the beach as well. I expected it to be noisier but it was very quiet. I would stay there again for sure.

Great Stay!

Great location, lovely apartment, clean, well equipped. Communication with owner was prompt and immediate response. Getting in and out was seamless. Also two parking spots are a bonus esp on Pac Beach! Everything was close by and access to the beach was the best part! Great stay!

Have stayed at this VRBO a few times and still love the location and the convenience of two bedrooms/two bathrooms. The apartment could use a few cosmetic updates but nothing major. I’m sure we will be back!

Perfect property for visiting the San Diego area

We stayed here for a few days while visiting the San Diego area. Everything was wonderful. The house was clean and well kept, and the furnishings and bedrooms were perfect for our family of four. The location was also very convenient for heading down to the beach or for walking to the restaurants along the main street in Pacific Beach. It also wasn't too far for heading into other parts of San Diego (the zoo and other sites in Balboa Park, etc.). If we are in the area in the future, we'll definitely check to see if this property is available to stay at again.

Superbowl weekend

Perfect spot to walk to evrything. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels. Bikes were great wish they had 4 though. Kitchen table chairs need replaced and i would recommend a bigger TV. Had evrything we needed. So close to beach it was GREAT!! PEFECT FOR FAMILY OF 6.

Great Pacific Beach Location

The location is perfect and parking spot was appreciated. We found the unit clean, with comfortable beds and good kitchen space. It was super quiet at night, even with windows open. We appreciated the shared washer and dryer ($1.25 to wash and $1.00 to dry) as we were traveling with two young children. The unit could use some updates, but overall the host definitely showed he cared about making your stay easy (coffee, fresh bars of soap, lots of towels, etc).

A gem in Pacific Beach!

This is a basic, clean, well maintained, quiet home in a terrific location. It was cold for half of our stay but we enjoyed sitting on the couch, gazing at the water, and watching all the activity (surfers, skaters/bikers, people, and dogs) coming & going to the beach when we were at ‘home’. Property manager Juan is a gem & did a great job orienting us to the property and helping us with anything we needed. Easy access from Mission Blvd made going to San Diego and oLa Jolla a breeze. We will be back!
