Check in went well with help from Brandy.The bed in our room looked like someone was not trained well..the dust ruffle was hanging on floor. Thought the storage in bath was very unique and great.The pull out shelves in bed area also great function. Breakfast was quite nice...red velvet waffles ...fun flavor.

Of the six hotels that we stayed at during our vacation, this was the best hotel. Staff was great and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was cleaning the tables and restocking the food. Would recommend this hotel and if the opportunity arises would stay here again. Thank you to all of the staff for an excellent stay.

My family has traveled all summer with my son’s baseball team. This hotel was without a doubt, the cleanest and the most friendly hotel at which we have stayed. The staff greeted us warmly every time we walked in the door. They made excellent dining suggestions and in fact had a list that included estimated cost, miles from the hotel, and pertinent information about each dining establishment. The breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was always hot and was different every day. The hotel staff provided additional towels when we requested them and a day later when I walked into my room there were additional towels yet again. Absolutely perfect stay.

Rooms werent as clean as they should have been. The remodel also showed in a lot of areas and could have been done better. Other than that, it was a grest stay and the staff was always extremely helpful

Nice and clean room, but for some reason I was given an accessible room, which meant there was no regular shower, but the one equipped to accommodate a wheelchair - not a huge deal for a one-night stay, but an inconvenience and annoyance. Another annoyance - I left a "do not disturb" sign on my door, by the maid still came knocking loudly and yelling "service".
