“For me it would have been a 5 star hote. If they fix the shower head. The first room we got it was broken. For me it is important because we are doing the Camino and for me a bath is too hard to slower. They were nice and changed my room. The other incident someone open our room - 9:00 pm. Me and my husband were sleeping; that was concerning for me.”

Enrique was really helpful. He went beyond to help us; Kudos to him. The director was nice, but not so helpful. We were in The Camino and this hotel was our rest day. We rested nicely and were able to enjoy Logroño.”
