"Staff very friendly. No car parking on site. Had to park on the adjacent road. The spa facilities on site were amazing and the staff in there were also friendly. Spa services were additional cost but that was expected. During the evening meal and breakfast, it was like the staff were only interested in the large coach group in attendance. Breakfast choice was ok but if you get there a bit after it opens, the choice is very limited as the large group has had it all."

Our room was spacious and clean, but a bit dark as it was below the main part of the property and not enough good lighting.
