Jul 8, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Comfy condo close to the Walton Dunes access Nicely recently renovated second floor condo less than a block from the public beach access at Walton Dunes. The condo is just as cute as a button with comfortable and stylish furnishings. We loved that even though this is on the second floor (really 3rd because there is under condo parking) that there was an elevator at the center of the building making unloading at arrival and packing to leave a breeze. There were even carts available to use. The master bed is medium firm traditional mattress and the beds in the bunk room were a bit softer foam mattresses. We all slept relatively comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and there was even a crock pot for those days you want to drop it in and come back from the beach to a nice slow cooked dinner. Being in Seagrove you are close to many dining and shopping options along 30a. The enormous deck was very nice and the water view from it was amazing especially in the morning with a cup of coffee. One morning we were even visited by a pair of deer. The owners are very communicative and despite a small issue on arrival really made things better than right.
