My wife is huge on cleanliness and she says this is the cleanest condo she has ever stayed in. We have stayed in many condos in the watercolor area and this one was one of her favorites. Easy access to the beach club and the beach and a great view out over the park area. The owners were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions we had. This property is nicely appointed and the kitchen is nicely equipped. Very clean, organized and so accessible to all the super amenities. The beach club bracelets, parking passes, bikes, etc. were available and easy to access. The communication with the owner/manager was informative and prompt. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The central location made it super easy. We had no issues with noise as everything seemed to shut down around 8-9 below the house. We would definitely book again. ##### John K. The balcony was a perfect place to start each morning and the entire property was extremely clean. We had a few questions prior to check in and the management team was great about getting back to us. We rented this condo for the 30a Songwriters' Festival and it was perfect! It was so nice to be close to several venues and right above Wine World which we love.
