We are excited to present this luxury rental property located in the Crossings on the sugary-sandy beach at Watersound! Once you arrive at this unsurpassed property, you will not want to leave. Wake up each day with breathtaking, unobstructed views of sand dunes and the Gulf; spend your evenings lounging at the large, luxurious pool with onsite firepit and grassy area; take the easy 7-minute walk via boardwalk to the beach and enjoy nearby kayak, canoe and bike rentals. This fabulous retreat sleeps 10 with 3 king-sized beds, and 2 twin-sized bunk beds. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have breathtaking Gulf views and private entries onto the spacious balcony. The third bedroom is comfortable and roomy. The bunk area sleeps 4 children in a cozy nook. You will fall in love with the airy coastal living room featuring expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico with 9 ft ceilings in most areas. This is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Nightly sunset views with panoramic, emerald Gulf waves and dunes make an ideal backdrop for any meal in the open-concept dining area. The gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops also faces the Gulf of Mexico. This layout allows you to take in the beachfront scenery as you comfortably prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer right off the kitchen. Perhaps the best part of this retreat is the large private balcony that overlooks the Gulf and provides various seating option including 2 extra wide comfy loungers. Your condo has an assigned garage for one car and nearby parking for an additional vehicle. In the garage you will also find a beach cart, 1 umbrella, and 2 chairs.
