"Everything was comfortable. Signage in the home, tape on switches and unmowed grass keeps it a 4 out of 5. However it is close to the activities we went to Phoenix for. "

"The property is beautiful. The entire stay was very peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are all friendly. My family and I enjoyed the pool table and cornhole game. Communication was excellent! Would definitely stay again for a next Tempe, Arizona trip."

"overall, it was an okay place to stay, a little deceiving as the golf course is older and run down as is the home is older but quiet. Did not like that we had to contact the host to come clean the pool as it should have been done before we got there but they were there immediately after being contacted. I wouldn't stay again, and I wouldn't say it was one of my favorite places to stay but it wasn't one of the worst either it was just okay. It looked alot nicer in the pictures."

"The room was nice and clean. The temperature was comfortable (some hotel rooms are too cold for me). The ladies that helped to check in and check out were both very friendly. Breakfast and dinner is available for purchase, but there are restaurants within walking distance and also a Target so it easy to access food. Area seemed safe. Overall a very nice stay."
