“First room stunk like crap. The second one smelt like it has something trying to hide the smell. Bith smelt like crap. I gave back the keys and left”

“The night manager was on point. She was helpful, professional and expedient. Made us feel important and welcomed immediately upon our arrival. Ran my own companies for over 40 years. She's a keeper. Giving the staff five stars for sure!”

“The hotel itself was fine. Clean and comfortable beds. However I booked my reservation more than 3 months ago - two rooms. When we checked in they asked for my id and credit card 3 times and then told me our rooms were not together a they couldn’t make changes. We were as far apart as we could have been. Thankfully we were traveling with another couple but had it been my children it would have been unacceptable. The front desk staff were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to……

“The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. ”

“Staff, pool, playground, and golf were all great. A very relaxing atmosphere. ”

“Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!! When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible! Staff were pleasant though and did their job. ”

“The Staff was wonderful and the amenities offered above and beyond. Breakfast and Managers reception was a meal that didn't run out) we had an early morning flight so this was a great way to spend the last day. The room we had was your basic hotel 2 beds and a desk,tv, micro and mini fridge. But you can go to the pool or hang in the big lobby with plenty of private seating and fresh popcorn.”
