When we woke up, anticipating a breakfast, there was no breakfast. There were wires poking out of the wall. The stairwell was unstable. We had handicap persons in our party. Once we entered our room, there were spiders alive and dead. We opened our refrigerator to live roaches And roaches. We went across the street to the Hampton Inn and was able to secure a room. When we returned back to the quality Inn to request a full refund, they refused a full refund and only refunded one night. You all should not be promoting a stay at this hotel.
