Der Garten ist nicht gepflegt, überall liegt Schrott herum. Schade! Das Haus ist voll mit irgendwelchem Zeug das man nicht braucht und daher hat man als Gast nicht soviel Möglichkeit sein Gepäck auszuräumen. Die zwei Bäder sind leider auch sher alt. "The hotel is Ok , but I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. The service was not 5 star as several times the first answer was always NO , until a second person from the staff heard what was happening and came “for the rescue”. The furniture needs renovation, the sofas in the rooms and lobby look really old , the bed covers look extremely old and have to be changed, they give a really first bad impression the first time you enter the room. The breakfast is Ok but no so special for a 5 star hotel. The location is not bad , 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center where most of the life is . There are no many hotel options in Alghero but this is no reason for a “5 star” hotel not to excel."
