“I arrived at the resort not knowing they are building a spa. But overall it is very good and the staff where amazing.”

“Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Shower curtain was dirty. The entire hotel smelt like marijuana smoke and it carried into the room.”

“Very rustic. Don’t expect much and you will be okay with this place. The bed and bathroom linens were quality. The floor was tile which I think is far better than a soiled carpet. The room was fairly clean. Check-in was unorthodox but worked out in the end. You get a microwave but are not allowed to cook in the room. There is a small fridge and a coffee maker. The electric heat unit is on the ceiling which protects it from damage I guess, but as heat is known to rise… Continental breakfast……

“At checkin the front staff were not very accommodating. We had booked through expedia and then phoned the hotel to book a cot (rollaway bed) and the hotel said they would put a note for us so they would know at checkin. When we arrived for checkin the frontline staff did not have a note and kept refusing us a cot saying we could not have one because our room was not a king room, we rented a double queen. They finally said they did not have any available which was a little hard to believe but……

“Could hear other folks in the building very clearly and outside. Someone was in the *shared bathroom having a shower on a call and I could hear the entire conversation. The bed felt very close to the door.”

“stairwells were filthy, pool closed with no warning. and fire alarm went off at 10pm causing us and everyone else to come down we were on the 10th floor.. only to be told it was a false alarm after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes.”
