Charming Apartment on Abercorn- Off Street Parking Included!

From the deceiving quaint outside view you would never guess that up the stairs you would be greeted by a charming and warm two bedroom apartment! The living room is at the top of the stairs with an enormous 45 inch flat screen smart tv and reclining lounge chair. Skylight windows brighten up the room and let in natural light adding to the warm open feeling in a contradictory small space. Past the living room is a bathroom with shower/bath. The bathroom has a door to the master bedroom which has a king size bed. White linens, wood furniture, and natural light from the windows makes the space seem clean, inviting and fresh. Two closets and another flat screen tv are also in the main bedroom.

The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a dresser, and full wardrobe. It also has a flat screen tv of its own for privacy from the rest of the house to relax. The kitchen is just around the corner which has all up to date appliances including a front loading washer and dryer. Full oven and dishwasher, deep stainless steel sink and plenty of storage.

Hardwood floors are throughout the home and many windows brighten up the space with natural light. Each room has a ceiling fan and many lighting options. Downstairs the owner has supplied two bicycles for rides around forsyth park which is just one street over. Perfect for a day of frisbee or a relaxing picnic with your friends and family.
