“The property is beautiful and the hosts are kind and welcoming, ensured privacy, were responsive to needs. It was summertime and particialty hot for the area a few days and they gave us advice on keeping it comfortable but it did hit 80 degrees in the living area, while the AC kept the bedroom cool. There are bugs, it cant be helped so if you cant handle ants and spiders think twice. There was soap scum in the bathroom but otherwise it felt very clean. Location 5 minutes away from fort williams...

“The house is in a great location and was perfect for our family of three, though there were two extra twin beds in the loft that we didn’t even use so a larger family may enjoy it as well. The view from the back porch is beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The walk to the beach is very easy if you don’t have a lot to haul, and the two beach chairs they have at the house are nice and light. Highly recommend checking out Cape Pier Chowder House and Ultramar which are only a few minutes...

“My husband, 5 yo daughter and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending. The location is perfect, so close to the best beach in Southern ME. They provided a lot of items to make the stay comfortable. There were 2 things that we really didn’t enjoy. One was arriving on vacation and having to make our own beds. Bit of a pain. And the bed size and comfort, could have really used a queen bed and updated mattress in the primary bedroom. ”

“This place was right on the ocean and just beautiful surrounding shore . I’ve stayed on the bay side of the island but this was so much more exciting. You can’t beat having waves hitting the shore line. The house was just right for 4 people. Would love to visit again and stay here. We all loved it”

“We stayed July 4th weekend for a family wedding in Kennebunk Port. The house is in a great location, only minutes from the town and a walkable distance to the beach. The house is spacious and laid out well. The air conditioning kept the house cool on hot days. The large kitchen was nice. The owner was easy to contact and accommodating. ”
