“This space was perfect for our family of 3! It was clean and very-well decorated with a beach theme. The view of the beach from the balcony was very nice. Our toddler enjoyed the pool when the beach waves became too much, and having access to the hot tub was a major plus after getting out of the surprisingly cold beach water. Our stay was so pleasant, we really did enjoy ourselves. Carl was even available by phone at check in. We had a minor issue with the access code. He answered the phone……

“Very close to the beach which is very nice! The few issues we had were addressed quickly by the property manager but a couple still remained by the time we left. You're on the second floor and the patio overlooks a very busy street which can be noisy - not that the owner can do anything about that - just a jeads up to future renters. Also the dryer takes 2 - 3 full runs to get your clothes totally dry. Otherwise the outdoor pool and hot tub were nice. I'd definitely stay there again. ”

“Pros: Location and view were great. Pools were nice. Condo was clean. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Cons: Condo needs a little TLC. Vertical blinds kept falling off when trying to open or close. Shower rod was barely holding on to rod holders. Baseboards were rotting & rusty (just needs a fresh coat of paint). King size bed was very hard/firm. I didn't mind because I have a bad back, but my wife couldn't sleep on it the entire time we were there, she slept on one of the bunk……

“The room was exactly the same with the photos. There was amazing view near the beach. The pools were on the way to beach, kids always enjoy the cool pool and warm pools together after play at the beach. The amenities in the room was a little old. Second floor is very convenient for going to beach and the pools, we don’t need to wait for the elevator. The most important is there were two bathrooms.”
