The day of checkin I received a call from the cleaner saying they lost the TV remote and would have a new one dropped off which they did but without batteries which didn't help. The description of the apartment had laundry listed but upon check in we realized there was no machines but hoockups, so obviously at one point there was laundry but the listing was never updated.
