Sea Ranch was beautiful as ever. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The tree in front of the living room window needs a trim for a better ocean view! But the big windows of the top floor (kitchen, dining room, living room) made the space bright and inviting even on rainy days. The couches are very soft, which felt nice for lying down but not amazing for sitting up straight. If working remotely, there are no great work spaces (dining table has benches, no chairs with backs). Be aware that the house has stairs to enter, then stairs down to sleep and up to hang out. My mom (in her 80s) was with us and she was ok, but I don't think I realized how many steps there were when I booked. Management was super helpful and prompt answering all questions, and brought a charger for the tv remote, which was very appreciated.

Excellent house and location. There was a problem with the septic sewer system which was fixed by local plumbers after we called Grand Welcome. The hot tub is not impressive as it is clearly a 120 vs 220 watt so it would lose heat after a while.

This property is in a great location of sea Ranch, close to the Del Mar recreation center and to Gualala.The good: Clean, good water pressure, nice linens, stocked kitchen (nice selection of pots and pans, knives, and utensils) and a lovely bookshelf with books and games. Loved all the labels on everything. Nice large dining room table with an open Ish floor plan. Comfortable living room with ample couch and seating for the whole family. Could be better: the beds could definitely use an upgrade, and the scratchy toilet paper and lack of Kleenex feels like the usual Grand Welcome short cuts. Otherwise, lovely!

Lovely Stay

Home is well furnished and supplied with essentials to make for an easy stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Nice home arrangement for couples with plenty of space so no one feels on top of each other

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay and were close to the water. House layout a little funky with kitchen and living room as the top story and bedrooms downstairs.Afternoon sun made the upstairs hot. Fortunately there was a breeze which helped cool it off.

Great for the family

I stayed here with two young children and partner. We enjoyed the location in Sea Ranch (2 minute walk to the Bluff trail; 8 minute walk to the pool) and its private hot tub. The place was clean and comfortable. Communication with Grand Welcome was easy. We would stay here again.

Great stay at Sea Ranch!

Beautiful home in a great location, short walks to the bluff and the community center. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful views from the main floor. I think it’s important to note that the office does not have a door, there were three of us and that was to be the 3rd bedroom with a futon but lacks privacy and did not block noise. Based on the listing I thought it was a proper enclosed space.. The host company was very responsive when we needed the hot tub cleaned.

Pleasant stay

House was spacious and close to the main walk along the cliffs and Gualala Park. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals and the living room comfortable with a smart tv. Beds were v comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is in a beautiful location. We’ve stayed at sea ranch a dozen times and this home rates high. The amenities in the home are nice. The couches are not very comfortable. The bed sheets are microfiber and the pillows are flat and old. The proximity to the coastal trail and ocean is ideal. Hiking tails are lovely. Overall the home is recommended.

Fantastic location, great house

The house is located west of Hwy 1, just a short walk to the bluffs and trails. The house was clean, and very comfortable…the hot tub was a plus and provided some incredible star gazing in the evenings. The house is a short 5 minute drive to Gualala for supplies or dining. The many west facing windows in the house provide the perfect view of the sunset….another pleasant bonus. Communications with the property management team was very prop and provided incredible service when we inadvertently left an item behind. A fantastic place for a quiet getaway on the North Coast….we’d definitely stay again!

Cozy and relaxing stay at Sea Ranch

My spouse and our child stayed here for two nights and loves our time there. The home was spacious and cozy. We didn't use the grill or the kitchen much but the kitchen had great appliances and fully stocked with the cooking basics. We loved spending the evenings in the hot tub. Great location which was close to the trail and beach access. I would definitely return again

Stay at Sea Drifter

Great for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Nice view. Easy access to cliff top just down the road. Small private backyard nice for dogs and sunbathing. Did not use the hot tub. Easy check in and good communication. Good value at the price for sea Ranch. Did have to verify identity which is a first for staying at a rental anywhere. - not sure I really liked giving all those details to an outside group.

Lovely retreat in Sea Ranch

We had a great time staying at the Sea Drifter! The house was comfortable, the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked and location is great -- a five-minute walk to the bluffs and Sea Ranch's amazing coastal trails. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at the lovely Sea Drift house. Enjoyed the closeness of the bluff trail and being able to hear the waves crashing at times. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We have been refreshed. It is well with our souls. Grateful to our Creator and the beauty and splendor of His creation.
