“Very clean and well maintained.We enjoyed the large space and roof top deck with tv.Kitchen was well stocked with coffee and dishes etc.Primary has a large tv.Easy drive to local attractions. Host was very responsive.”

“My two friends and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were so happy with this place! Everything seemed clean and well prepared and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived, our code for the door didn’t work, so we called the property owner who was luckily home upstairs and could open the property for us. I hope they are able to get this issue resolved in the future. Overall, we loved it - especially that we were able to walk……

“This is a beautiful home in a nice little neighborhood right outside of downtown Washington DC. We travelled here for a week long vacation with parents and my teenage sons. The home was clean with plenty of blankets and towels. The cookware was in good condition and good knives and cutting board (this seems to be an issue at many rentals so we were happy to get good quality kitchen items here). The owner was easy to communicate with and readily available to make sure we enjoyed our stay -……

“The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and a dryer. There is a black university campus nearby, and it is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions.”

“We have stayed in this building 3 times, and the location and the set up of the units are excellent. The complex is safe, quiet and is in a great location. It also is very accessible for handicap and having a secure parking spot is advantageous. ”
