Communing with the ospreys, hummingbirds and the bald eagle who perched numerous times on a nearby tree was an added bonus. And, the owner may be the most friendly/helpful we’ve ever rented from. There's Tons to do at the cabin and keep you busy!Something to note: The property itself features a lot of steep terrain so be mindful of that if you have young kids in your group and plan to hike on the property itself!Overall, We had a great weekend getaway relaxing, visiting the small town of Hancock (MD) and Berkeley Springs, WV. ”

“Great attention to detail. This is (as listed) a very small cabin, but let me telll you, every square inch is used in the best way.It was just my husband, my nephew and me. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Even had some deer walk into the yard not 10 feet from where I was sitting.The hot tub is super clean and inviting. And you MUST go visit Swallow Falls.I can't say enough how beautiful this lake area is. We will be back.Oh, and David and Pearle are great hosts!”

“This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. We look forward to our next annual trip!”

The gaming area with pool, ping-pong, and Foosball tables were a huge hit with the kids and the adults loved playing blackjack with the board provided.
