Quiet, clean, very helpful and efficient staff, breakfast service good to very good dependent on the chef but aside from the seaside staples, dinner a little disappointing. If you just want a place to sleep and have a good breakfast an ideal place also location wise.

Room nice, massive bathroom - smallest shower. We had dinner in the bar, food nice service at the bar slow. I thought I paid for all the drinks and dinner and even closed the tab at the end of the night with my card and my friend got charged so had to follow up with the hotel to try and sort it out . One of our friends got a room without a window so sadly this overshadowed our stay.

Parking is v.difficult (15 spaces for 59 rooms). Breakfast is leisurely and the views whilst dining are amazing. At busy times, staff seem to be overwhelmed on check-in / check-out

The room on the Annex had paper thin walls and we could hear conversations next door. Fortunately for most of the week neighbours retired early. The last night the occupants came back drunk and played loud music along with foul language until 1am. Not ideal and if this had been the first night we would have requested a move. Otherwise all good

Please be prepared to pay for parking. The slots fill up very early. Try not to get a room above the kitchen. It’s very loud in the morning with deliveries. The WiFi is very weak and unreliable. We would not go back-very stressful and not worth the money.

The location of the hotel was perfect for seahouses as really close to the shops. We stayed in a pet friendly room with a garden which was perfect for our dog. The staff were really friendly and the bed was comfortable. Great shower and the breakfast was lovely with a good selection of food.

The place itself is nice, and well located. Our room was very nice and clean. But the pub/restaurant was a bit too busy, with at times long queues to get served at the bar. At times people who were eating had a noisy queue standing right next to their table. We were not impressed with the evening meals, the chicken I had was very dry and boring. The lamb chops my wife had was overcooked.

The price was absolutely extortionate and did not at all match the description. This is at most a three star hotel, with acceptable pub grub and service/amenities to match.
