“I had a very disappointing experience with this location. The staff was rude and seemed very confused about basic procedures. The checkout process was unorganized, and I was charged extra tax that no one could properly explain. To make things worse, they deducted money from my deposit upon return and claimed that the credit card company charged them transaction fees — which makes absolutely no sense and should not be the customer’s responsibility. They also took a wet towel from the room but……

“Extremely filty room, rust and brown water came out of the shower every time it was first turned on, carpet sticky and smelly, half of the lights and the electrical outlets were not working or missing bulbs, air conditioner extremely noisy and did not cool room, all surfaces grimy and dirty. Missing TV remote and refrigerator was not working. Spiders appeared in the bathroom during the night. Several long term guest sit outside their rooms watching you go in and out of room as though they are……
