This immaculate summer home has new Porcelain Tile throughout. It Boasts 2 Bedrooms, a brand new kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, and Granite Countertops with breakfast seating are as well as a new bathroom . Sleeps 4. There is a tv in the house, but you will need to bring a fire stick or roku, no cable! The apartment has new Central Air for your convenience . It is in walking distance from all the attractions that Seaside Park has to offer for you and your family. You will be 5 houses from the Beach. The area has an obvious beautiful Beach, newly renovated Restaurants like the SawMill as well as new shops and boutiques. For the kids there are a huge variety of games, ice cream shops pizza on the board walk as well as a water park in walking distance.. At night you'll enjoy the nice Ocean Breeze while the kids go on the Ferris Wheel and all of the other rides and attractions on the boardwalk. On Wednesday nights at 9pm, you can enjoy the firework display right from the front porch. You can also enjoy movies on the beach with your family, movies vary weekly. Family's rentals only, no proms or group rentals! Parking is offered in the street or in a parking lot for a fee across the street. Beds are both full size-linens not included with rental.

Listing misrepresented the property

Owner misrepresented this property. Not good, the rental was a basement w NO couch/living room, no tv access, toaster, coffee maker etc. The door was through an ally and down into a moldy basement. Also no parking, and parking overnight cost us an additional $$$. Terrible. This property does not meet even minimum standards. Bathroom shower also moldy. Would NOT ever rent again.
