Spacious, remodeled 3 bed 2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is about 5 minutes to crossroads, 8 minutes to Microsoft campus and downtown Bellevue.

- When you arrive, there are three bedrooms, two bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room are all updated with new construction and modern high end furnishings.

- A luxurious sleep! New plush firm mattress, luxury linens and down pillows in each bedroom. Plenty of room for six people. Two bedroom has queen size bed and one bedroom has king size bed

- 48 inch computer standing desk with two 24 inch monitors to use for work in each bedroom.

- Fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and conditioner are provided.

- Entertainment streaming via Netflix with ability to log into your application, and WiFi are provided.

- Fully appointed kitchen includes complimentary coffee/Teas, toaster,.

- Full size Washer/dryer, plus an iron and ironing board

Please do not leave pet unattended unless you bring a pet Kennel. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture to avoid extra cleaning fee of $250.

No parties or event without permission, else it'll cost extra $500. Maximum allowed guest is 6, there will be $75 charge for each additional guest.

Suburban Respite

My family and I needed a quiet rest while repairs on our home were being done after a fire. This property was everything we wanted - and became like a second home. It was neat, had 3 bedrooms (very important for children), and gave us the peace and quiet we desired. The owner of the home was responsive when we had questions, and we truly enjoyed our time! I would stay again if we needed a place to call "home away from home".
