The room was heavily damaged; holes in the bathroom door, heavy mold on the shower ceiling, cigarette burns on the sheets and comforter in a non smoking room, advertising a coffee maker with no coffee or cups provided. The staff was super friendly and was this hotel’s only saving grace. I would absolutely never stay there again

This hotel was the worst I’ve stayed at. The room was in disrepair…missing outlet covers, floor was coming up which made it a tripping hazard, deadbolt literally was missing a screw. There was a partial roll of toilet paper, no tissues, caulk was chipping by the sink, faucets didn’t work properly, mold on the ceiling, paint chipping off the wall, no wash cloths & the towels were very thin and threadbare. The smoke detector had been removed as well and the staff was friendly. It reminded me of a hotel that you pay for by the hour. The only positive I have is the bed and pillows were comfortable. I wouldn’t even give this hotel a one star rating.

So let's see here the room was horrible it was dirty as room I've ever been in I've been to a lot of motels and it was by far the dirtiest the door was broken the locks were broke they were barely shut and there's water all over the floor in the bathroom and the toilet barely flushed but the water hot water was nice good water pressure other than that it wasn't bad

Property definitely needs some updating. Pool was not useable. That being said, the staff was friendly, it was fairly quiet, and the bed was old but comfortable. The shower was pretty dirty and only towels enough for one person. TV remote did not work and the replacement they gave us from a box of about 20 also did not work. AC worked great. It was a plus having a small store and a Jack in the Box right down the street. The shuttle driver was an interesting guy giving us a history of Seattle from the airport. All in all an okay stay and good for a one night stay in a pinch.

The staff were friendly and nice. The room was mediocre. The hairdryer did not work and was rusty. The room lacked a safety lock mechanism. The toilet tank top was cracked. The windows were thin and noise from the freeway could be heard all night. But I did choose budget and this was definitely lower end budget. The staff however were wonderful. Very nice and welcoming.

This hotel is very run-down and not very convenient to the airport. The traffic noise is horrible as it is located next to the highway. Calling the motel for a shuttle was very difficult as it rang and rang forever before someone finally answered the phone. The shuttle driver; however, is FABULOUS. He is very friendly and kind.

There were 2 positives- they let us check in early, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The shuttle was down, so had to uber from the airport. Breakfast was advertised, but there was no breakfast. The airport shuttle has been down for about a week before I checked in and no warning about until you called. The front desk clerk was really helpful since I had arrived early (9am) from my cruise and she was able to find me a room available. The hotel is an old Days Inn and you could tell that they reused what was left behind. The bedding and towels were washed but stains were present and the room had quite a bit of minor maintenance required as in a partial damage in the bathroom door and wall trim peeling off the wall at the corners. The AC worked excellently well for the warmer weather.

Good, friendly staff, they tried their best. NO elevator when they placed us on 2nd floor. NO functional ice machines. Place is a dump, broken door locks, holes in walls, non working lamps, didn’t even risk taking a shower. One side of the property is an overnight lot with no cameras or lighting. Best room in the whole place is the lobby.

This property needs soo much maintenance. I was very disappointed, upset, not satisfied at what so ever. I checked in I was placed in a room where the shower had no shower nob it was broken, no hair dryer, not enough towels. Front staff very helpful got me and my family into a different room. Little better but then the tv wasn’t working tv was just sat in top of a drawer. Plugs not working. I will not be staying their future thumbs down

Great stay In Tukwila

The stay was great , they had some construction going on upon arrival . Beds were a little uncomfortable but they get the job done . Room was clean and comfortable environment for our family.
