  • Light-filled, beautiful, newly remodeled 1700 sq ft house in a prime & very quiet location. With 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, standing desk with monitors, and large windows that offer views of the Cascades and Lake Washington, this home offers all the comforts you need for a home away from home.

    Centrally located in Madison Valley, this home is just minutes away from the vibrant night life of Capitol Hill, Downtown, UW and Bellevue.

    5 minute walk to trendy & vibrant Madison Valley, featuring a number of excellent restaurants, such as Voila bistrot, Harvest Vine & Cafe Flora.

    The gorgeous 200-acre Arboretum park, with its famous Japanese garden, is just two blocks away.

    The Pike/Pine/Broadway area of Capitol Hill with its busy night life is just a 20 mins walk away.

    If you're driving, there's plenty of free parking on the street, and there's always a spot available just in front of the house. You'll be minutes away from Capitol Hill, downtown, and the University district.

    Public transportation is also available a few blocks away, and city buses will get you downtown in 25 minutes; or to the Capitol Hill light rail station in 20, from where you can connect to the airport.

    Please note that there is a separate unit in the basement, where I live about half the time.
