It's 5 minutes to Capitol Hill, Seattle University, and Chinatown, and a little farther to Pike Place Market. The home is 3 levels, with the kitchen and dinning being on the main floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms being on the second and third floors. The roof top patio is on the 4th floor of the home.
