CANCELLATION POLICY: If the owner is able to rent the dates canceled to another guest then all funds will be returned regardless of cancellation date.

Trash disposal: No liquids in trash except in sealed container. Roll trash carts out Sunday night for early Monday am pickup except holidays -Tuesday

The cleaning service will/must take extra care in cleaning common surfaces, door knobs, etc. as instructed.
