Enjoy a modern and spacious apartment in the heart of HBC (HaeBangChon), steps from restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Large master bedroom & 2nd bedroom, multipurpose room with a home gym and laundry area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and pristine bathroom. Large windows in the entire apartment and all rooms. Convenient for both short-term and extended stays.

- Master bedroom with queen-sized bed, Large TV with Korean Cable and Chromecast. Second bedroom with super single bed, TV, Chromecast, large closet space.
- Fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, blender, coffee maker etc.
- Dedicated work area with LED "creator" ring light and 24” 4K monitor.
- Living room with large sofa, Chromecast for entertainment during downtime.
- Apt on 3rd floor, accessible via stairs

Amazing and Trendy Neighborhood:
- Multicultural restaurants, popular bars/pubs, and hip coffee shops right outside your door.
- Walk up the hill and hike Namsan, with breathtaking views of Seoul or visit Namsan Tower.
- Other area hot spots, Itaewon and Gyeongnidan-gil are a short walking distance away.

Getting around:
HBC is centrally located in Seoul, providing easy access to the city's major attractions and transportation hubs.
- Noksapyeong Station (Brown Line 6) just an 8-minute walk away or a few minutes via mini green 02 bus.
- Mini green 02 bus stop is right outside the apt building and goes to Noksapyeong in minutes, Sookmyung Women's Univ. Station (blue line 4) and Namyeong (navy line 1) within 10 minutes.
- A 2-minute walk to the big street and there are buses going to Gangnam, or Myeongdong, Seoul Station, Gwanghwamun, Insadong etc.

Great place to stay, great host.

Just returned from an awesome two week stay is Seoul with my wife and two girls. The apartment is great, the neighborhood is vibrant, and transportation links are very convenient. We were able to navigate the very efficient transportation system starting our day with a bus that picks up directly outside the apartment. The host is very responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We loved this apartment! We stayed for 7 days and found it was very comfortable and convenient. Location was easy to navigate Itaewon by walking, a town bus stop was just around the corner, and transportation was easy to access. The apartment was clean, very well organized, and had all the items we needed. It was on the third floor with no elevator, so although we enjoyed walking the stairs, it may be hard for someone with a walking disability or seniors. We enjoyed the house and neighborhood, it was the best choice for us! We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Korea.

Located at the heart of itawon area, easily move around to local restaurants, bar and shopping. Property was very comfortable, clean and has fitness room. Good valued for lodging in the city.

Lovely apartment in a great location

I stayed here with my parents and it was exactly as the posting described. A very trendy apartment in a great location, with everything we needed and more for our stay. I especially appreciated the multiple charging cords that were in the apartment, as oir converter didn't work!

Excellent experience

This is a spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. It's close to multiple buses and a subway line. Everything you need, including a lot of popular restaurants, is in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Location!

We loved the location of this VRBO. Everything was at the doorstep. Literally. Bars, restaurants and transportation (we used buses alot). The flat was the right size for two (with room). Thoroughly enjoyed the Itaewan area and it was the right spot for jumping off to enjoy other areas of Seoul. Thought it might be noisy but barely heard a thing. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was kitted out for people who wanted to cook their own meals. We didn't cook, simply because we wanted to enjoy the local restaurants - which were right there. All good - don't hesitate. There are steps up to the flat - but if steps or hills are a problem, a warning that steps and hills abound in Seoul. I've never been so fit! We want to come back and would stay again at John's place!
