“Très bel établissement! Nous y avons séjourné une nuit et avons beaucoup apprécié notre expérience. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Le déjeuner est délicieux et copieux. Le site est magnifique, avec une belle végétation, une piscine, un spa et un gym bien entretenus. La chambre était plutôt petite, mais très propre, confortable et fonctionnelle. Le seul petit point à noter est que l’hôtel est situé près d’une route passante, ce qui fait qu’on entend les véhicules. Cela dit, ce……

“Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible. En revanche, plusieurs points positifs : le petit-déjeuner……

“Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Dislikes - views of property show it much more beautiful than it is. The worst part, our kids couldn’t use the pool without a swim cap that had to be rented for 3 euros and pool towels being charged 5 euros. They need to make that clear in the communication. What’s the point of staying at a property where you have to pay to utilize the shown amenities?”

“Struttura moderna e ben rifinita in una zona di snodo nella Sila Piccola. La stanza era molto ampia e confortevole. L’insonorizzazione non è delle migliori. Se i vicini sono rumorosi si rischia di non riposare. La colazione è ottima e ricca di prodotti del territorio. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante e siamo rimasti positivamente stupiti per la bontà della pizza.”

“I booked this hotel towards the end of a 3 week trip all over Italy. I wanted a relaxed pool day for my teens and the beach. Hotel has amazing accommodating staff. We had free parking , included was a beautiful and delicious breakfast at their patio restaurant. We spent the next day at their beach club 5 min walk from hotel. Beach lunch was delicious and the beach was spectacular. Location is 10min drive to Soverato but we chose to stay in Montepaone and their charming town and local beaches.”
